This is not another men's group.
No coffee bar. No icebreakers. No six-week series that ends before anything changes.
Brotherhood is a six-month journey that calls a man into spiritual discipline, honest relationships, and the responsibility he has been avoiding. You read every day. You write what you actually think. You sit across from men who will not let you perform.
It is built on the local church, carried by men who finished it before you, and measured by whether your wife, your kids, and your crew can feel the difference six months from now.

Three commitments. Miss one and the other two stop working. This is the whole structure — everything else serves it.

Small Group
Twice monthly
Five men who read the same pages, answer the same questions, and notice when you go quiet. One of them leads. This is where the teaching stops being theory.

Accountability
Monthly, one on one
One man who has permission to ask you the hard question and expect a straight answer. Face to face. Off the record. Never on a screen.
The standard
The standard is high.
That's the point.
Every man signs the same commitment. It is written down, tracked by his church, and read out loud at Commissioning.

Every day. Six months. No streak badges — just the discipline.

Read on the class schedule and discussed in small group.

Nine writing assignments
Handwritten or typed. You write it, you own it.

Full class gathering. Attendance is counted.

Off the grid. Woods, fire, work, Scripture, and conversations you can't have in a lobby.

Graduation
Finished, not fixed. You come back the next year for the man behind you.
