Commissioning
Groups are set, leaders are named, the standard is handed to you in writing.
Months 02–06
Large Groups
Monthly gatherings, teaching, worship, and the whole class in one room.

The Offsite
Off the grid. Woods, fire, work, Scripture, and conversations you can't have in a lobby.
Month 06
Graduation
Finished, not fixed. You come back the next year for the man behind you.
Brotherhood runs over approximately six months. Class dates and event schedules are set by each participating church.
